Tracking Your Order's Status

After you order is placed, you will receive a confirmation and be provided an order number. It will look like MRK1234567. You'll also receive an email with this information as well.

This order will now show in your Account Dashboard under Orders on the lefthand side of your browser. 




At this point, your order is in processed via our automated system and prepped for print/production (unless you've requested Custom Art Services).

Based on the products in your order, your production time will vary from 1-7 business days. During this time, your status will show "Not Yet Shipped." (See the Production Timeline article for details).

Once your product has been scanned in by our shipping team, your order will be assigned tracking and changed to "Shipped," and then "Delivered" when the carrier has delivered your order.
