Similarly do our other personalized products, embroidered items are made to order based on the sizing, color and logo specifications selected and approved during the ordering process. We do our very best to provide the correct sizing measurements in the product descriptions so that our customers can get the correct sized product.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges request due to a mishap in sizing, logo selection or product selection. We will, however, work with you to find the fairest resolution path, as we do not profit from honest mistakes.
If there is a defect with your product - either with the garment/item, or with the embroidery element - please let us know via email (with photos) and we will make it right. Please send an email with your order number, description of the defect, and photos of the defect, and we will resolve the issue with you as soon as possible.
